MYinc Help Desk Privacy Notice

MYinc processes the contact, organisation, device and support information you provide to deliver and manage IT support services. Ticket content may include technical details required to diagnose and resolve an issue.

What we use your information for

Ticket handling, authentication, support communications, SLA management, security, service reporting and maintaining an auditable support history.

Security

The Help Desk uses authenticated access, role controls, transport security, CSRF protection, rate limiting and restricted attachment handling. Staff access can be protected with two-factor authentication.

Retention and access

Records are retained according to MYinc operational and legal retention settings. You may contact MYinc to request access, correction or an applicable deletion/anonymisation request.
